My Game Topic

My topic is about gag violence and how it effects teens.This issue interests me because there are a lot of teens getting into gangs and dropping out of school.I want people to learn that gangs are bad for teens and every one in general because they can mess up your future.You could be doing really good at school and then the next day you get into a gang then you start selling drugs and you go to jail,then you don't get a good job.This issue need to be addressed because there are so many kids and teens getting into gangs at an early age.

March of the penguins

1.They have to over come hunger and the super cold weather

2.it's cold so they have to form a huge mas to move when it's winter.

3.They need blubber to stand the cold and flippers to be able to swim away from predators.

4.There is no light sometimes because of the earths orbit around the sun and when there is no light there is colder weather so it makes it harder for the penguins to move by them selves,they need to stay huddled.

Gamers Solve Scientific Problems

How did gamers use the computer gameFoldit to solve the protein folding mystery? 
They played it and found out about it.
Who can particpate in this problem solving and be a player in Foldit?

What can critical thinking do for science?
It can give them more ideas on what to do
If you could solve a mystery through gaming for any kind of disease or illness in the world, what would it be? 
cancer.I would find the cure for itand become rich.

Mini Game

Was it hard to make a mini game?
No i have done this many times already so i already know what to do.It was hard to do it the first time but i did it 2 times already.


What was the best part of this topic?
Finishing the mini game and seeing what i finished and maybe getting ideas for my real game.


The worst part?
when errors kept on coming up and i couldn't figure out what it was.

I was 3 years old.

I learned about the attack when i was 5 and my parents told me about the attack.

The feeling of seeing people die.

it didnt give the kids any fun

''Danger Of A Single Story''

To have a single story means that people think that all people from one place are the same.They think that all Mexicans like tacos.What i have heard about my community is that all the people here are poor.That most of the people here do drugs.I want to show them that its not like this.There are some parts that are but not where i live.A game could show how we aren't like that bye showing the good parts of the community by showing the real thing. 

2 Cyberbullying 2011

The main Character is taylor and she gets a latop for her birthday.She gtes on a wesite named clicksters.She gtes osesed with it and people start cyerullying her for something her brother posted.She gets so obsesed with clicksters that she keeps using it even after her mom told her to stop.She tries to kill her self but her friend and mother stop her.She goes to the hospital and gets in a group to help her out with her problem.She stands up for her self and gets back together with her friend knowing she was the one that was cyberbullying her.

A cyberbully is someone who says bad things about you online or harasses you online.

What are the different types of cyberbullying?
There are different kinds of cyberbullys some are children,teens,adults,or mature adults.They can attack you from a phone or from a computer.

What should you do if your being  Cyberbullied?
You should tell a trusted adult or people ho made the website.Or you can just block them.

What are reasons people cyberbully others?
Cyberbullies bully other people to make themselves feel good about themselves.Or they are doing it for fun

That is mest up.Play Station came up with the PSP NGP and just to be a little better Nintendo came up with the 3DS.Anyways the graphics aren't so good but they're ok.It looks like its a WII but just portable.Its pretty cool that they have an analog stick but it would only work for racing games and stuff like that.I would really not like using it because when u move it the screen goes with it.If u were shaking it it could get mest up or freeze.Well im not sure if it would freeze but i'm just saying that.

The celebrity that i would choose to make a game of is chicarito.He is an awesome soccer player.He is really good when he plays every game he at least scores 1 goal.

That is really nice what the kids are doing for japan.I agree with one of them that said he saw a video and it was horrible.What amasses me most of all is that the school has raised so much money in the first day.




To help japan i would send food and things necessary to live.Its really bad what  happened so i want to help.

That PSP NGP is so awesome.Miguel told me about it before I saw the video.I like how they kept the way of the first PSP and just turned it better.I also like the back and how you can hit it to make it interact with the game.I can't wait for it to come out.I'm so exited.AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Mad Hot Ballroom

what does the word team work mean to you?

Teamwork means to work together and take turns.It also means to listen to others.

How do you see these students working together?
I saw them really helping each other and and there are some that actually know how to dance.

The message of this movie is that things can change you.That dance competition changed those kids' life.

For these student teamwork was very important because if one didn't cooperate the whole dance falls apart.

I played a couple of games today and yesterday and they were really fun.The best was probably Math Mountain and you have to add ,divide ,multiply ,and subtract.Then I also played math man 2 and you have to stop aliens from coming to earth.Then you got to hit the right number to destroy them.The other one is like asteroids but to move side ways you need to solve the problems they give you.I liked all of these games.

The way J.Lo fur bully on the block is played is by using the arrow keys and space bar.To move to the side that you want you use the arrow keys and then to save the animals you use the space bar.I liked that game.There was another game named Super Chick Sisters.It is the same as Mario but you are trying to stop Mcdonalds and KFC from killing chickens and thats preety much it.

When Jimmy was walking down the road he was going to California but then the police stopped him and took him to his house.

Jimmy was traumotized because his twin sister had died.

He likes to create stuff and that is preety much what the game is about.

He likes the game,they give him pleasure.He realy enjoys it its like a way of realezing his stress.

What makes him awsome at video games is that he consentrates he doesn't talk at all.

The ames they play are Double Dragon,F-1 dream,Street Fighter and Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles

The video we saw was amazing because it looks like a simple game but it is so hard.I want to play that game.I like how its a touch so it is exactly as u do it.I like the way it was done.

The google science fair seems fun.I don't know if i want to join though.It is for people all over the world,I am really scared to enter because its me versus like a million people.If  was going to be in it I would do something with robots.I really want to make a robot.
